A COMPREHENSIVE OVERVIEW

CEGIS supported the Planning Department, Government of Telangana in strengthening the system to measure agricultural production estimates. This is a critical component which goes into calculating the gross value added (GVA) for the Agriculture sector and eventually the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP). 

The KPI Survey, a flagship initiative of the Planning Department of Telangana, addresses data availability and sufficiency challenges for informed policy decisions. By collecting data from households and communities, the survey generates district-level and mandal-level estimates of key outcome indicators every year.
