CEGIS supports NITI Aayog in building the capacity of Block Level Officials (BLOs) under the Aspirational Block Programme (ABP). The team mapped competencies for 10 Block Officer positions, identifying gaps and creating continuous learning opportunities.

Competency-based capacity building under the PM Vertical follows a three-stage process: Competency Mapping and Profiling, Competency Assessment and the development of Competency Building products (learning and development).
