Minal works with the Early Childhood Development team for the Government of Telangana. Prior to CEGIS, she developed policy and program development for the Indian Administrative Fellowship at the Nudge Institute. She has a Masters in Public Administration & Management from University College London, on the Chevening Scholarship, and studied Child Rights Law from National Law School, Bengaluru. She has worked at the intersection of livelihoods, WASH, and child protection at various levels with NGOs, governments, and research organization".
