Nupur Ghuliani is a Senior Program Manager on the C-LOP project. The Creating Learning Opportunities for Public officials (C-LOP) project is focused on enabling competency-based capacity building of officials across all levels of government. Prior to joining C-LOP, Nupur worked with a civic-tech organisation based in Bangalore which enables young people to solve civic and environmental issues. Nupur was also a Youth for India fellow and spent a year working on clean energy in rural Rajasthan. Nupur holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
